MORNING YOGA
Mondays & Wednesdays 9-10 am.
In-between tension (Yang) and relaxation (Yin) we activate, mobilize, stretch, strengthen, rejuvenate and harmonize the body. Sun Salutations will stimulate blood flow and body circulation while different poses target body and mind. We'll end in absolute release: Ready to start the day.
EVENING YOGA
Mondays 6.30-7.30 pm.
This Vinyasa-style course is for everyone who loves being in a state of flow. Calm, centering and breath-oriented exercises will be followed by 'dance-like' Sun Salutations incorporating poses that affect the entire body. A final deep relaxation will help to let the sequences take effect and achieve inner peace: Ready for the night.
KIDS YOGA
From age 8.
School's busy these days. Take a break. Move the body. Rest your mind. A playful and enjoyable 60 minutes that will leave you smooth but strong from head to toe.
